I shop for groceries, prepare, package, and label:
- (wash, cut, bag) raw fruits and vegetables for your use in weekly recipes or snacks,
- gourmet snack cheeses and fresh, unprocessed snack alternatives (roasted nuts, caramel popcorn balls, hearty breakfast muffins, homemade granola/cereal bars, etc.),
For healthy work lunches, snacks, weekend munchies, anytime!
